Easy Herb Bread

Ingredients:


125grm butter
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon mixed herbs (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage)
Turkish bread or bread stick



Method:


Mix together, butter, garlic and herbs in a bowl until well mixed through.
Slice bread into segments without cutting right through.
Spread about a teaspoon of herb butter mix between each segment of bread.
Wrap in silver foil and place in oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cook for about 15 mins, open silver foil and cook for a further 5 mins until crisp.
Break apart and serve.
